Our pool & event venue is located in the historic Belcrest Apartments which tower over Cass Avenue and the surrounding Wayne State University campus in the heart of Detroit’s Museum District.

The twelve-story Belcrest is a Detroit icon that began its life back in 1927 as a hotel. It was recently renovated by Holcolmb Development and boasts 138 apartments including three bedroom penthouse suites as well as commercial spaces.

Our event space includes the roughly 1000 square foot event room and downtown Detroit’s only rentable pool party venue, a spacious 5700 square foot deck with a 1200 sq ft pool.
